The location is convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and super close to Ontario Mills. Although the furniture and decor are old-fashioned, the hotel had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The fact that there is a microwave and mini-fridge inside the unit was excellent. Water pressure from the shower was great. Parking was plentiful. I don’t understand the negative reviews because you get what you pay for and this is one of the cheapest hotels in the area.

Since my last stay, they have completed many of the renovations to the property and the courtyard was definitely more eye-pleasing as the spa was sparkling clean. I stayed one night after attending an event at Toyota Arena. The room has a microwave and mini-fridge.The room was clean, bed comfortable. The shower was a huge spa combo. The property was quiet- a restful night

Everything was brand new The girl in the front I can't remember her name was really friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great day and I would recommend it

Front desk staff was very accommodating and communication was great. I had a room with a new spa tub, it was AMAZING! The beds were comfy but, could use more pillows :) Lots of parking and easily accessible.
